Congrats to Greg Aycock on Jury Trial Success

Congratulations to Greg Aycock who successfully defended client Shelter Mutual Insurance Company and its insured in a recent jury trial held May 7 through 9, 2018. The issues at trial were medical causation and damages. The plaintiff complained that she sustained a cervical disc herniation at C6-7 and a bulge at C5-6. Plaintiff’s counsel asked the jury to award $491,052.86. The jury returned a verdict for $13,461.86, which included $8,461.86 in past medicals expenses and $5,000 in past pain and suffering.
Greg began with the firm this February 2018 and has been practicing in civil litigation since 1999. He received his B.A. from Louisiana State University and his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana, the District of Columbia and Missouri.
