Gregory P. Aycock received a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University in 1994.  Mr. Aycock received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1998, where he was a finalist in the Client Counseling Competition. 

Mr. Aycock is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Missouri State Bar Association, and the Baton Rouge Bar Association.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Louisiana and all Louisiana state courts, the courts of the District of Columbia, the state courts of Missouri, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western District of Louisiana, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Louisiana.  He has received an AV® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Aycock's litigation practice includes the defense, prosecution, and trial of complex casualty and personal injury litigation.  He has extensive experience in connection with related insurance litigation involving automobile, commercial general liability, construction, and property claims.  Mr. Aycock's products liability experience includes defending scaffolding, motorcycle helmet, and valve manufacturers in claims filed under the Louisiana Products Liability Act.  Mr. Aycock's railroad experience includes defending railroad clients in crossing accidents and defending claims filed by employees under the Federal Employers Liability Act involving both traumatic injuries and a variety of occupational injuries including repetitive stress and asbestos and silica exposure.
